Data Analyst

We are looking for a data analyst with a passion for social media and numbers to help drive informed business decisions for our games.

You will enjoy access to massive amounts of data, cutting edge technology, and the ability to see your insights make a direct impact on Atommica.

The perfect candidate will be results-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and be experienced at developing and optimizing data analytics systems and processes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Game Designers and Product Manager to generate insights, identify trends and opportunities, solve problems, and inform business and game decisions
• Assists in design and implementation of advanced statistical testing for custom problem- solving, like A/B testing.
• Possess a thorough understanding of our data collection methods
• Analyze and synthesize massive amounts of data and extract useful business insights
• Build analytical dashboards and reports to support ongoing business decisions
• Communicates effectively on key metrics related to user behavior, user segmentation, virality, marketing campaign

Required Skills

• BA/BS/MS in Engr, CS, Econ, Math, Physics, or Stats
• Data junkie – loves to play with data and find meaningful, relevant patterns. Ability to translate data and research findings into business lingo.
• Strong quantitative skills, good working knowledge of advanced statistics and predictive modeling.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner.
• Must be able to multi-task and keep on track in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

Bonus Skills

• Excellent Excel and SQL skills
• Never say die attitude, action oriented, hands-on and scrappy
• You should have a passion for using stats to find meaning.
